The Vatican is preparing to release a document giving guidance on how to discern supernatural phenomena.

The Holy See Press Office announced the upcoming document will be published May 17 with a live-streamed press conference featuring Prefect for the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith Cardinal Víctor Manuel Fernández.

Fernández has previously said the dicastery is "in the process of finalizing a new text with clear guidelines and norms for the discernment of apparitions and other phenomena," according to the National Catholic Register.

Comment: A rather notable development considering the increasing acknowledgement of the existence of UFOs in the mainstream; comments from exorcists that exorcisms are not only on the rise, they're taking longer to complete; and alongside the flagrant diabolical nature of popular culture.

One also recalls comments from both the Pope, as well as Patriarch Kirill of the Orthodox church, regarding the tumultuous period our civilisation has entered: Also check out SOTT radio's:

Top senators believe the US secretly recovered UFOs

Has the U.S. government secretly retrieved exotic craft of "non-human" origin? Newly declassified documents, along with extraordinary legislation, illustrate how two successive Democratic Senate majority leaders appear to have believed so.

Notably, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and the late Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) were not alone in their focus on UFOs. The Democratic heavyweights received critical support and encouragement from a bipartisan group of high-profile senators over the years, including former fighter pilot and famed astronaut John Glenn (D-Ohio); Ted Stevens (R-Alaska), who observed a UFO as a World War II pilot; Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii), then-chairman of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense; 2008 GOP presidential nominee Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.); Senate Intelligence Vice ChairmanMarco Rubio (R-Fla.); Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) and Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.).

In late 2011, for example, the top scientist at the Department of Homeland Security met with Lieberman, then chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Reid to discuss the establishment of an ultra-secret UFO program.

As outlined in remarkable detail in newly released documents, the intent of the proposed program was to "gain access to and inventory" UFOs secretly under "investigation in National Laboratories, government organizations and/or contractors."

The Pentagon is lying about UFOs

Congress held a historic hearing on UFOs last July. The hearing, which featured testimony from two former Navy fighter pilots and a former senior intelligence officer, garnered a notable amount of attention and interest not seen on Capitol Hill in years.

In one remarkable exchange, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) described how his office received a "protected disclosure" from Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, regarding a January 2023 UFO incident over the Gulf of Mexico. After being stonewalled by the Air Force, he delivered a tense, on-base reminder to the military about "how authorities flow in the United States of America." The Air Force relented, permitting Gaetz to review sensor data gathered during the encounter.

According to Gaetz, fighter pilots tracked four unknown objects flying in a "clear diamond formation." Notably, the incident occurred on a training range typically conspicuously free of any airborne clutter.

Still imagery indicated that one of the objects demonstrated capabilities that Gaetz, who has served on the House Armed Services Committee for nearly a decade, was "not able to attach to any human capability, either from the United States or from any of our adversaries."

Radar data, according to Gaetz, showed that the four objects moved in a "very clear formation [with] equidistant" separation.

Chris Mellon releases 2020 Signal exchange about insider search for crash-retrieval program

Recently, as a result of a FOIA request, the Department of Defense released some Signal exchanges I had with Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, former Director of the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). The release surprised but did not offend me as I'm a strong supporter of government transparency. However, it also reminded me of another Signal message that the public might find of interest that is also pertinent to the alleged recovery of off-world technology.

Out of respect for the author's confidentiality, I've been sitting on this message for a number of years. I have also redacted portions of the document to protect the identity of the author. However, I recently obtained the author's written permission to release it. It has also now been approved for public release by the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review (DOPSR). My purpose in releasing this document, in the wake of the government's blanket denials regarding the possession of off-world technology, is simply to help others understand why I and some others consider these allegations worthy of investigation.

The shocking history of UFOs and nuclear weapons

Minot Daily News

UFOs are no laughing matter on Capitol Hill. Beyond alleging the existence of surreptitious government programs to retrieve and reverse-engineer exotic craft of "non-human" origin, Congress mandated that the Department of Defense document and report any UFO incidents "associated with military nuclear assets, including strategic nuclear weapons and nuclear-powered ships."

Lawmakers are right to focus on the nexus between UFOs and nuclear technology. Many of the best-known and most credible unexplained sightings occurred in alarming proximity to our most sensitive nuclear assets and facilities.

In 2004 and 2015, for example, U.S. Navy fighter jets flying off nuclear-powered aircraft carriers recorded the three UFO videos that catalyzed significant public and congressional interest in the phenomena.

But interactions between UFOs and ultra-sensitive U.S. nuclear assets date back nearly eight decades. New Mexico, ground zero for America's nuclear weapons development programs, is the site of a remarkable number of baffling, unsolved UFO incidents.

Kona Blue insiders reveal how US agencies allegedly involved in legacy UFO programs rattled Department of Homeland Security officials

kona blue
According to insiders involved in establishing an Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) related Prospective Special Access Program (PSAP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), DHS staff emerged from meetings with two other U.S. government agencies, rumored to possess advanced non-human materials, 'convinced that advanced technology was sequestered under government supervision at aerospace contractors' facilities.'

The book, titled Skinwalkers at the Pentagon details how in 2011 high-level officials at the DHS, Sacha Mover and Jim Bell, 'began knocking on doors beyond DHS to connect with the "keepers of the secrets" in at least two other agencies.'

The account continues:
'In these meetings, which took place in June-July 2011, Sacha, Jim, and colleagues were treated rudely and harshly.'

'Bell and Mover were repeatedly told "no, and hell no."'
The narrative of these events was penned by journalist George Knapp, along with Dr. James Lacatski and Dr. Colm Kelleher.

Kelleher and Lacatski led the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) and Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) within the U.S. government's Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), focusing on the investigation of UAP.

SOTT Focus: Tucker Carlson on Joe Rogan Podcast: 'UFOs and Intelligences Behind Them are Essentially Supernatural'

carlson ufo aliens rogan
UFOs and their pilots might not be 'extra-terrestrials' from a distant planet at all, but 'spiritual entities' who have inhabited Earth for as long as humanity itself.

At least, that's the 'supernatural' theory Fox News vet and one-time MSNBC host Tucker Carlson put forward this week on comedian Joe Rogan's podcast.

'There's a ton of evidence that they're under the ocean and under the ground,' Carlson told Rogan's listeners during the show's usual, sprawling, three-hour-long chat format, adding: 'They've been here for a long time.'

Carlson's latest comments echo an increasingly common refrain from UFO-curious lawmakers, including Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison and his fellow GOP legislator Tim Burchett, who both compared UFOs to Biblical entities in the past year.

'The first chapter of Ezekiel is pretty clear of a UFO sighting,' Rep. Burchett told reporters in January of 2023, ahead of his push to bring UFO whistleblowers to testify before Congress last summer.

'Whenever I use the term "angels,"' added Rep. Burlison, who has been privy to classified briefings on the UFO phenomena, 'to me, it's synonymous with an extradimensional being.'

Comment: The last bit is interesting, especially given that a key figure in the DIA until 2016 when he attempted to emerge from behind the scenes into public office - but was thwarted by, well, demonic forces - was General Michael Flynn.

This apparently astonishing ability of Carlson to, in just a few short years, go from MSM newscaster to leapfrog even Joe Rogan in understanding the deep questions about the nature of our reality speaks to why religious households, generally, produce more intelligent people than secular ones. At least, they generally produce people with a sounder basis upon which to later, maybe, begin to 'quest for truth' and really learn to 'see the unseen'.

Carlson on the 'alien' phenomenon:

Rogan, for all his reputation as an 'open mind', when discussing this topic with Carlson, comes across to us as being comparatively narrow-minded and anthropocentric. The irony here is that he's the one who used psychedelics to 'see the unseen'... did that backfire?

Canada joins secret Pentagon meeting on UFOs - DND can't figure out who attended

sky canada project
After an initial meeting on sharing information with allies on unidentified flying objects, the Canadian military has cooled on its interest in the extraterrestrial file.

The Canadian Forces do not have any plans for additional meetings with allies at this point and will not be working with the federal government's science advisor on the phenomena, National Defence confirmed to this newspaper.

Last year, a U.S. defence scientist revealed that allied militaries had met at the Pentagon to discuss sharing data on what is officially referred to as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena or UAP.

At the time, National Defence confirmed that a Royal Canadian Air Force officer attended the meeting in May 2023.

Department spokeswoman Andrée-Anne Poulin said what was discussed at the gathering remains secret. She noted the discussions centered around sharing information on the subject of UAPs.

Comment: The Canadian government's public handling of the UFO problem is arguably even more laughably inept than the Americans'. There is already U.S.-Canadian collaboration on the topic, but it remains classified. The Canadians involved here are either dumb or just playing dumb.

Drones or UFOs? Alarming incursions demand answers

The U.S. military is confronting an unsettling phenomenon. Over the last five years, a series of bizarre — and remarkably brazen — "drone swarms" have overwhelmed key Department of Defense facilities and assets, including nuclear missile silos. Notably, some of the objects appear to exhibit unconventional technology.

As Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, stated on April 9, "We see consistent incursions around sensitive government facilities."

Despite the U.S. government's sweeping investigative authorities and abilities, the puzzling incidents remain a mystery. None have been decisively tied to foreign or domestic actors.

For its part, the Pentagon has been unwilling or perhaps unable to present any photographic or video evidence that conventional drones are responsible for the most perplexing encounters. Asked whether he had seen any images of the objects, Kelly responded "no."

In December 2023, for example, large numbers of unidentified "drones" appeared regularly over Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.
