The Incompetence of The Incompetents Theory

People generally subscribe to one of two prominent yet conflicting theories regarding "Covid" events of the past few years.

1. The Plandemic Theory
2. The Incompetents Theory

There is rarely someone who falls in between.

The Incompetents theorist's favorite quote would be from Goethe: "Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."

The planners of the plandemic love that quote. Goethe practically wrote it for them. It provides all the coverage they need to keep planning new crimes without ever facing consequences for their myriad of past crimes.

The Plandemic Theorists see the evidence of malice everywhere. They can explain the actions of those in power through deliberate coordination and planning of malicious events in advance of their occurrence. Most of the evidence has been painstakingly documented and shows in the aftermath of criminal acts (Actus Reus) — willful intent (Mens Rea).

The Goethe quote becomes inverted to suit the evidence compiled: "Never ascribe to incompetence that which is adequately explained by malice."

The Incompetents theorists refuse to acknowledge the litany of evidence that shows planning and malicious intent. For the sake of brevity, I will only include two pieces of evidence, and because these two pieces are all that is needed to completely destroy the Incompetents Theory.

1. The genomic computer-sequenced virus (provided to the world by China) matched exactly to a portion of a sequence patented in 2017 by the failing biotech company Mode-RNA, which had never produced a profitable product prior to its "Covid Vaccine." Statisticians have put the statistical probability of this occurring naturally at 1 and 3 trillion.
2. The US Patent No.: 9,587,003 B2 has Mode-RNA's CEO Stephane Bancel's name on it. In late January 2020, 45 days before the entire world locked down for a virus with a 99.7% survival rate, at the WEF's annual meeting of global philanthropaths, Bancel bragged of already having a vaccine in production. In 2019 he told Mode-RNA employees that they needed to be ready to manufacture a billion vaccine doses, "...because there's going to be a pandemic next year." The CEO of Gates-funded GAVI — The Vaccine Alliance, knew of Bancel's comments to his employees and their start on a "Covid Vaccine" in 2019.

Even if one ignores the 1 in 3 trillion odds of a matching viral sequence patented three years before China released the Covid computer sequence to the global medical community, how did Bancel and Mode-RNA have a Covid vaccine manufactured in 2019 when China didn't share the "virus" until January 12, 2020, according to the WHO's own timeline of events?

Equatorial Guinea has confirmed its first outbreak of the Marburg virus, a highly infectious and deadly disease similar to Ebola, following the deaths of at least nine people, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Monday.

The small Central African country quarantined more than 200 people and restricted movement last week in its Kie-Ntem province after detecting an unknown hemorrhagic fever. Neighboring Cameroon also restricted movement along its border over concerns about contagion.In addition to the nine deaths, Equatorial Guinea has reported 16 suspected cases of Marburg virus with symptoms including fever, fatigue and blood-stained vomit and diarrhea, the WHO said.

The Center for Health Security (more at health insecurity) report out of Johns Hopkins reads like plotlines straight out of dystopian horror b-movie, or a WEF speech given by Klaus Schwab. Same difference really.

Except the deadly "vaccine" technologies that they are now preparing to unleash on the world are all too real.

In the chapter entitled Self-Spreading Vaccines the researchers and university bureaucrats working on behalf of their Military-Intelligence Industrial masters admit to their next bioterror attack vector on the populace; to wit:

What is the technology?

Self-spreading vaccines — also known as transmissible or self-propagating vaccines — are genetically engineered to move through populations in the same way as communicable diseases, but rather than causing disease, they confer protection. The vision is that a small number of individuals in the target population could be vaccinated, and the vaccine strain would then circulate in the population much like a pathogenic virus. These vaccines could dramatically increase vaccine coverage in human or animal populations without requiring each individual to be inoculated. This technology is currently aimed primarily at animal populations. Because most infectious diseases are zoonotic, 40 controlling disease in animal populations would also reduce the risk to humans.

Note that these self-spreading and self-replicating (SSSR) "vaccines" will not just be administered to humans, but to animals as well.

Center for Health Insecurity report purposely goes on to purposely misdirect the reader on the true nature of this technology:

What problem does this solve?

The most practical and useful application of self-spreading vaccines would be to control disease spread in wild animal populations (also known as sylvatic spread). A vaccine would be administered to a few selected animals in hotspots among target populations including nonhuman primates, bats, or rodents. The vaccine would then spread within the target population, eliminating the need to vaccinate each animal. Successful disease control in animal populations could limit the number of infected animals and thereby reduce the opportunity for the disease to spill over into humans, thus stopping outbreaks in humans before they ever emerge. Such a sylvatic strategy would reduce the overall number of outbreak opportunities in humans, but it could not interrupt an outbreak once it becomes established in humans. In the event of a grave public health threat, self-spreading vaccines could potentially be used to broadly inoculate human populations. Like the approach in animals, only a small number of vaccinated individuals would be required in order to confer protection to a larger susceptible population, thus eliminating the need for mass vaccination operations, including PODs.

If diseases "spill over into humans," then SSSR slow kill bioweapon injections will spill over from animals into humans and vice-versa, all while every single carbon based life form in theory may spread these SSSR "vaccines" to each other ad infinitum.

We'll see. If YouTube takes a video down after it's been mirrored elsewhere, do the mirrored clones get taken down too? I doubt it, but I don't know that. So Rumble is my insurance policy since I manually upload select things there and deliberately avoid mirroring.

This video builds on and extends the explosive (but largely overlooked AFAIK) analysis done by Chris Whalen, "Is JPMorgan Chase Insolvent?" But I take the analysis quite a bit further than Chris did, in large part because he published his comparatively shorter piece a few days before the F.D.I.C. released its Quarterly Banking Profile for 3Q2022 , which contained some eye-popping tells that didn't reach Whalen's eyes in time.

The second purpose of this post is to amplify a topic that I touch on in the video, and that's what Klaus Schwab and his platoon of corporate brown nosers at the World Economic Forum might have in store for us. As it turns out, they've provided some big clues, which I'll get to in a minute. To lay some groundwork for that discussion, though, let me say more about the video.

An Even Deadlier Pandemic Could Soon Be Here

I am often asked - "Why is DOD (US Government, all Western globalist governments) acting against the people, killing and injuring the population"? The answer is largely in the creation of money. This story is not about how much money someone has right now, it is about who can make more of it at any time. The US Government and its Department of Defense specifically cannot account for around $21+ trillion as of several years ago, (who knows what that number is today?), vast promises have been made by politicians buying voter support that can never be fulfilled (Social Security and other Entitlements), and more recently trillions in pork payouts went to the crony corporations - now fused with and indistinguishable from the government.

I am a fan of Catherine Austin Fitts - a former government insider, investment banker and currently a very successful publisher. I highly recommend her publication the Solari Report. The piece that is particularly relevant today is described in the "2020 Wrap Up" here with John Titus, and a recently published interview below.

There comes a time near the end of every PSYOP when the PSYOP has achieved its objective, or as much of its objective as it is going to achieve, and is becoming increasingly recognizable as a PSYOP, and so the focus shifts to damage control, and erasing the PSYOP from official history.

This is a crucial stage of the PSYOP, because, at this point, a significant percentage of the public have realized that they've been thoroughly mindfucked, and many of them are none too happy about it. Some of them are starting to ask awkward questions, like "why were we deceived and coerced by our governments, global health authorities, and the state and corporate media into submitting to a series of experimental 'vaccinations' that appear to be killing and injuring a lot of people?" Or "why are we occupying and torturing the residents of a Middle-Eastern country that never attacked us, and never had any intention to attack us, and which posed no threat to us whatsoever?"

At this point, it is way too late for those engaged in conducting the PSYOP to continue to deny the facts and gaslight the masses. That won't work anymore. So, it is time to do some limited hangouts, and some whitewashing, and a little sleight-of-hand, and just generally confuse and distract the public, and send them off on various wild goose chases, while the official history of the PSYOP is written.

For example, say you're just wrapping up a PSYOP in which you radically restructured society into a pathologized-totalitarian dystopia where the majority of the masses went full-blown fascist, mindlessly following senseless orders, parroting official propaganda, and demonizing and persecuting those who refused to conform to the new official ideology ... say you are just winding down a PSYOP like that, and what you need to erase from your official history is the fact that your entire PSYOP was based on nothing but faked statistics, because the pandemic you used as a pretext for your PSYOP was most closely comparable to the medium influenza pandemics of 1936, 1957, and 1968, so it never remotely came close to justifying any of your fake "emergency health measures," much less the radical restructuring of society into some paranoid, totalitarian "New Normal" ... and now you need to erase all that from history, and you need to distract people while you do it.

Yesterday independent investigative journalists Project Veritas released their latest undercover report: A recording of a research director from Pfizer allegedly admitting the pharma giant is deliberately mutating the Sars-Cov-2 virus.

The process, which the researcher - Dr Jordan Walker - refers to as "directed evolution", would apparently help Pfizer pre-emptively develop new vaccines:

So, what can we trust about the story?

New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has resigned after months of rumours. Ardern, whose popularity has plummeted during the last six months, told us "she had nothing left in the tank".

The backstory to this resignation is a tale of woe. Ardern said she wants to be remembered as someone who tried to be kind. The subtext is: the country is in an unprecedented mess but don't blame me.

Last year school attendance was reported as running at just 67% on any given day. Machete wielding teenagers are ram raiding liquor outlets, vape shops, dairies, and jewelry stores daily in a frenzied crime wave. The health system is overwhelmed. Ardern's government promised to build 100,000 new homes over three years. It has delivered just 1500 to date.

Our tourist, farming, and hospitality industries have not recovered from lockdowns and border closures. It now takes weeks to get a visa to visit New Zealand (it used to take two days) and the government says it only wants rich people to come. No wonder, we are all poor now.

Ardern famously insisted on universal Covid vaccination mandates. There is a suspicion that our 90% vaccination rate has left everyone in a lethargic fog. Excess all cause deaths are still running 15% above the long term trends, and it is not Covid.

History will judge Ardern harshly, but don't blame her alone. This was a Parliament who woke up on all sides of the house to the weakness of our constitutional arrangements (there are none worth the name). The Bill of Rights was tossed aside, and no one in Parliament cared.

The leader of the National opposition Chris Luxon famously said pre-pandemic if he was in power, he would withdraw benefits from unvaccinated single mothers. David Seymour, leader of the ACT party wrote on his FB those losing their jobs through vaccine mandates only had themselves to blame. Labour's coalition partners, the Greens, led by example, encouraging mothers in labour to ride to hospital on a bicycle (yes they did).

The mainstream narrative spinners - from politicians to the CDC to the media - have started reporting "possible harms" due to Covid "vaccines".

This is a potentially seismic shift in the narrative, but as usual we need to ask the perennial questions -

Why this?

Why now?

For almost two years, those of us expressing concern about the possible damage done by forcing untested and unnecessary gene therapies on billions of people have been either ignored by the noisy majority or slandered by them. And this includes both mainstream and "alt" media.

On the rare occasion an "anti-vaxxer" was given any kind of platform, it was usually either a hand-picked kook, or a minor celebrity making arguments from emotion.

The actual science - and the professionals communicating that science - were banished from the mainstream airwaves. Airbrushed out of sight and mind.

The vaccines were branded "safe and effective", by everyone everywhere.

Until now.
